RULES YOU NEED TO KNOW
General
- ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT OUR OFFICE BEFORE ENTERING THE PARK.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.
- Please be courteous of other guests and aware of ALL boater safety and regulations docks or near the launch ramp.
- Check OUT is at 1p and Check IN is at 2p.
- Only one vehicle plus your RV is permitted to park at your site.additional vehicles and guests / guest vehicles must be registered and parked in guest parking.
- Fish cleaning stations are for PRIVATE USE of guests only.
- Do not park vehicles in roadway or other sites.
- Speed limit is 5 MPH at all times.
- No vehicle washing or work unless approved by management.
- No generators allowed.
- Clotheslines are not permitted.
- Dryers are available in the laundry room.
- No LARGE mats / rugs on grass.
- Garbage cans are for Lex's Landing guests only.
- Camp fires allowed . Some fire pits are provided . Your propane Fire Pit is allowed
- No storage under or around your RV.
- No skateboards or skates allowed.
- Smoking will not be tolerated in any buildings.
- Please enjoy our wildlife but please DO NOT feed them.
- Absolutely NO Fishing From The Docks. This includes fishing from your boat while tied to the docks.
- DO NOT WAKE THE DOCKS.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND.PLEASE USE CAUTION NEAR THE WATER; THE RIVER RUNS FAST.
- Management reserves the right to terminate tenancy of any site without refund due to Resort rule violations or any objectionable conduct
